Liechtenstein Institute of Professional Trustees introduces out-of-court mechanism to change the administration of domestic structures

Liechtenstein Institute of Professional Trustees resolved at its extraordinary general meeting to introduce a a mechanism which provides for a possibility to change the place of administration of client structures without involving the court. 

Christoph Bruckschweiger receives CAS in Arbitration

Our Partner Christoph Bruckschweiger attendend between May 2017 and January 2018 the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) program, a 10 ECTS credit point joint degree of the University of Lucerne and the University of Neuchâtel in cooperation with the Swiss Arbitration Academy. On 12 April 2018 the graduation ceremony took place in Zurich and he was awarded the title CAS in Arbitration.
